euroref sells euroref - European government reference data — every value cited to the official government or central-bank source it came from. Buy prepaid credit with a card, or pay per call. Same data, same API.
Prepaid credit — pay by card
A one-time purchase. You receive an API key with a fixed number of calls, usable immediately. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — when the credit runs out, buy another pack if you want more.

Credit does not expire. Calls are deducted one per API request; failed requests caused by our error are not charged. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location. Volume & enterprise — invoiced
Higher volumes are billed by invoice or purchase order rather than card, and priced below the standard rate. Published rates, not "contact us for a quote":

Machine clients that prefer to settle each request individually, rather than hold a balance, can do so without an account or an API key. Per-call rates are listed below; see the developer documentation for how to authorise a request.
