BASIS NOTE: this is the Eurostat-harmonised HICP. Luxembourg's NATIONAL index (IPCN, published by STATEC) is a DIFFERENT series and is the one that drives salaire social minimum indexation; it is not carried here because statistiques.public.lu refused automated reads, and the two must not be substituted for one another.
